ARCH ACQUIRES TRULITE INDUSTRIES

TAMARAC, FL- Arch Aluminum & Glass Co., Inc. is pleased to announce that they have acquired Trulite Industries Limited. Trulite, founded in 1975 and based in Mississauga, Ontario is one of Canada’s largest glass fabricators. Trulite specializes in large scale project work featuring Insulated, Tempered, Spandrel, and Screen Printed glass. Additionally the Company is a large distributor of all flat glass products.

The addition of Trulite continues Arch’s geographic growth, and is our first facility in Canada. Trulite also has a US presence and this presence will grow further as they integrate into the Arch family. The company is well known for its’ quality and service levels and has supplied material on several very high profile jobs, including Heinz Field (Home of the Pittsburgh Steelers), The Palace of Auburn Hills (Home of the Detroit Pistons) The Boston Convention Center, The Toronto Airport, and Casino Niagara.

Trulite CEO and one of the original founders, Peter Alexander, will also stay on in a consulting role.
